When you create an account, we collect the following information:
Your account information, subscription/plan details, and chat history are securely stored using Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore). This allows your account and data to remain accessible even if you reinstall the app or switch devices, as long as you log in with the same email and password.
Some app preferences and temporary session data may also be cached locally on your device for performance purposes.
When you use features such as code review, modernizer, bug hunter, or AI builder, your input (code or prompts) is sent to our processing servers to generate a response. Your conversation history and generated outputs are saved to your account so you can access them later, and are linked only to your account.
Whole AI uses Google AdMob to display optional reward-based video ads, which allow you to earn extra credits. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with Google's own privacy and advertising policies. Watching ads is entirely optional.
All data transmitted between the app and our servers, including Firebase services, is protected using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile page within the app by selecting "Delete My Account."
Whole AI is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
